Engaged by a prominent Asian-headquartered, multilateral international financial institution to conduct a due diligence and project assessment for a major, tertiary hospital green-field development in the Philippines involving the investment of approximately US$ 100 million.
Prepared, a comprehensive operational review and investment valuation of a large tertiary care hospital in Bangkok. The analysis included a detailed evaluation of service quality, efficiency, potential profitability and valuation of the facility as well as a detailed healthcare market assessment of greater Bangkok for a prominent US-based multilateral, international financial institution. We were finally asked to recommend either redemption or conversion to equity of a sizeable convertible bond held by the financial institution.
Engaged by a prominent US-based, multilateral international financial institution, to prepare a comprehensive operational and financial review of a large oncology facility in China with a view to a substantial two stage investment. This involved initial capital for general services upgrade, and subsequent investment to create a state of the art treatment facility employing breakthrough, leading edge radiation technology.
